Shipping
Please include all information requested to ensure proper shipping and billing. Shipping originates from Des Moines, IA for inventoried items. Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Express unless an express service is selected. The customer will be responsible for any charges for express service delivery. Shipping costs will be shown at the time of checkout.
Return Policy
All purchases made within www.athenestore.com are final. Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receiving order. To return damaged or defective merchandise please contact print@athene.com to obtain a Return Authorization number before shipping the product back in order to receive a replacement item or refund.
